What happens when an artist and two photographers hold an Instameet lunch? Magic, that’s what.

All the information on where I stayed and list of suppliers for the lunch are detailed at the end of the post. I hope it will inspire you to explore more, I know I’m certainly planning a few decadent lunches with dear friends!

Kangaroo Valley Accomodation
Accommodation: I stayed at Wombatalla, a huge colonial style house just past Kangaroo Valley and completely out of phone network range. It was strange to be disconnected whilst in a hotel environment, something that I obviously take for granted, and after the initial panic had passed I relished the peace.
The accommodation was very dated but clean and full of quirks!
I was thrilled to return home from lunch to find kangaroos on the lawn – they were too quick to catch a decent photo though!
The village in Kangaroo Valley is so quaint and full of vintage treasures. I can’t wait to return to the Southern Highlands to stay at The Cottage and explore the surrounding towns.
The people at this lunch were so welcoming and friendly, it has left me with a buzzing inspired mind and a full heart.
Here’s to friendship and travel.
